These terms apply to your use of the GVRPJ Wisconsin Department of Transportation (“DOT”, “WisDOT”, “we”, “us”) member hub at dot.gvrpjunction.com. DOT is a department of Greenville Roleplay Junction (“GVRPJ”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About DOT

DOT is a roleplay transportation department (towing, taxis, buses and construction) inside GVRPJ, a fan-run Roblox roleplay community on Discord. We are not a real transportation agency and are not affiliated with the real Wisconsin Department of Transportation, any government body, Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

What this site is for

This site is the department’s member hub: the DOT handbook, vehicle structure, radio codes, forms and quick links. It is provided for information. Being a member of DOT, and everything you do on duty, is governed by the rules in the handbook, the GVRPJ community rules, and Discord’s and Roblox’s own terms.

The handbook and the rules

You are expected to read and follow the handbook. Being unaware of a rule is not an excuse. If something on this site conflicts with an announcement in the department Discord or a decision by DOT Administration, the announcement or decision applies. Promotions, demotions, strikes, suspensions, blacklists, medals, paychecks and other department decisions are made by DOT staff inside the community, not by this website.

We follow Discord and Roblox rules

DOT and GVRPJ operate in line with the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, the Roblox Terms of Use and the Roblox Community Standards. Breaking those rules within DOT is also a violation of department rules.

Forms and logs

The DOT application and certification exams are Google Forms. Submitting an application or exam doesn’t guarantee acceptance or a pass. Any AI use or copying on an exam results in a DOT blacklist. Shifts you log in the CAD must be accurate, including the DOT bills you enter.

Copy buttons and quick lookup

Codes and training commands can be copied with one click. You are still responsible for what you send in Discord or on the radio.

Links to other sites

The site links to third parties, including Discord, Google (Forms, Sheets and Drive), YouTube and Roblox. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our content

The DOT and GVRPJ names, logos, handbook text and site content belong to GVRPJ, DOT or their respective creators, including the photographers named in the website credits. Please don’t copy or reuse them in a way that suggests you are DOT, GVRPJ or officially connected to us.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, interfere with the site or its hosting, submit false or abusive information through linked forms, or impersonate DOT or GVRPJ staff.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. Rules, the vehicle structure, quotas, perks and other information can change, and we don’t guarantee that everything is always complete or up to date. The Free Weekend countdown and quota reminders are estimates based on your device’s clock. To the fullest extent the law allows, DOT and GVRPJ aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
